繰り返される悲劇、さらなる惨劇の幕が上がる。生駒里奈主演による伝説のホラーアドベンチャーゲーム「コープスパーティー」シリーズ最新作!! 一般公開時には、カットされた残虐表現やグロテスク表現などを余すことなく収録されたアンリミテッド版で登場!! ――呪いのおまじない「しあわせのサチコさん」を行い、怨霊の棲む異空間へと飛ばされた女子高校生の直美(生駒里奈)は、幼なじみの哲志(池岡亮介)や親友の世以子(喜多陽子)など、多くの仲間を失った。あれから半年。生き延びたあゆみ(前田希美)と直美は、死んだ友達を取り戻すべく、悲劇の舞台となった天神小学校へと戻ってくる。 同じおまじないで別の学校から囚われて来た刻命(青木玄徳)たちとも合流し、切なる想いで生還の道を模索する。だが、待っていたのは繰り返す「死の運命」に囚われた、仲間たちとの再会だった。そして、繰り返される惨劇からあゆみを救うために姉・ひのえ(石森虹花)が天神小学校へ向かう。命と心を弄ぶ、残酷な運命の歯車は、やがてゆっくりと廻り始める・・・。
