21世紀に生きるヴァンパイアの親近感溢れる姿をコメディタッチでありながらもハートフルに描き出す。――時は現代。2015年のニューヨークに、ヴァンパイアのシドニー・アルカードが蘇る・・・が、このヴァンパイア、およそ700年にわたって眠りと目覚めを繰り返すうちに「退化という進化」を遂げ、いつしか生血を求めて人を襲うこともなくなっていた。それどころか、かつての敵であるヴァンパイア研究家の末裔ノイマン・ヘルシングと友情を育み、記者兼小説家であるヘルシングにこれまで見聞きしてきた様々な出来事をネタとして提供する日々を送っている。ある日、ヘルシングの小説出版記念を兼ねたハロウィン・パーティーに参加したアルカードは、歯科医を目指す大学生のルーシー・スレイターと出会い、ひょんなことから彼女の恋人を装う羽目になる。ルーシーと行動を共にする中でアルカードは、余命いくばくもない老女マーサや、ヴァンパイアの生態を研究する科学者サザーランド、生死の狭間を彷徨う幽霊カーミラをはじめとした様々な人と出会い、やがて人間になりたいと願うようになるが・・・。 [キャスト] 真風涼帆・星風まどか・愛月ひかる・(専科)京三紗・華形ひかる 他
