この学校には"何か"がいる―― 世界を席巻する"ジャパニーズ・ホラー"の巨匠・鶴田法男監督 最新作! 志田未来・川口春奈W主演のPOVホラーが、ついにBlu-rayで登場! ――これは、主演キャストと番組関係者が実際に体験した映像と、春奈が通っていた中学の"学校の怪談"を撮影した心霊ビデオを元に制作された映画である。志田未来は、所属事務所の後輩、川口春奈とともに携帯電話向けの番組の収録をしていた。『志田未来のそれだけは見ラいで!』は毎回、全国の視聴者から投稿された動画を紹介する番組。その日は本物の心霊現象が映った動画「真霊動画特集」の収録を進めていた。すると投稿映像に異変が起き始め、モニターには予定のない映像が流れ出し・・・それは春奈が通っていた中学の映像だった。「その中学に行って浄霊をしなければならない」との霊能者の言葉を受け、ディレクターの橘、マネージャーの桑田らとともに、未来と春奈は学校に赴くが、そこで恐ろしい事実を知ることとなる――。
