Fabulous 5

This is and will always be for me the best Juka release! There isn't one track I can say I don't like and truly shows Juka's capabilities as a vocalist. This is definately a step up from his first single. Overall I consider this to be a great mini album, with great melodies. If you're a fan of Juka, Kamijo or Hizaki, I highly recommend this.

Amazing job! 5

I bought this on ebay, when this album was already out of print. When I listened to it, song per song, I got amazed. Specially for "Jewel". I really loved it. The booklet has great artwork. This Mini-album is my "Best Mini-Album of the year". Go Juka!

VERY Nice 5

I hadn't heard any post-MDM Juka until I bought this CD, so I took a leap of faith and wasn't disappointed. Baby Doll- A pretty solid rock track in my opinion. Although I am fairly easy to please. Good first track, and quite fun to listen to. It puts me into an oddly bouncy mood. Kakusei no Jukai- You can really tell he put quite a bit into the song. Depending on my mood, it's usually my favorite track on the cd. Brilliancy- I find this song to be quite fun... though musically in tiny bits here and there it leaves a very tiny bit to be desired. It's still a pretty decent song in my opinion, and I enjoy it. This is also the song at which my nostalgia starts to set in, as I've missed Juka's vocals. So I'm generally left with a "whee!" feeling Jewel- It made me squee. Aloud. I find this to be a quite good track, and again, fun to listen to. I get a familiar feeling from this song, I can't quite put my finger on it. I do mean this in a good way Aravesque was a song I hadn't heard before, and I enjoyed it much as I did the rest of the cd. It started off giving me a slight "*sway*" feeling, and just built up from there in a lovely way. In short, I'm happy I took this leap of faith.

I find all the five tracks very good, you can feel the good Kamijo and Hizaki production. I highly reccomend this relaese to everyone who loved Juka when he was in Moi Dix Mois but not only, this is a really good hard rock mini-album !

Luxurious 5

After the release of 'Aravesque', I was more than curious for Juka's first mini-album. And it fulfilled all of my expectations. Those who liked 'Aravesque' will most likely love 'Luxurious' as well. Along with four brandnew songs, it creates an interesting mixture of slower and faster songs which all blend together perfectly with Juka's voice. Personally, I like 'Jewel' the best, mainly for its arrangement and melody. The only thing I can complain about is that 'Luxurious' is not a full album. But who knows maybe we're graced with one in the near future.

Luxurious Juka. 4

I liked all of the songs on Juka's first mini album. Don't let the title of Baby Doll fool you. XD It's not a gentle song. XD It has the lovely growling that we loved in Moi dix Mois from Juka. U3U Jewel Todokanai Omoi has an ubeat sort of feel to it, it's kind of happy and cute Juka. I love how he gives variety. I love Juka's voice! Kakusei no Jukai kind of makes me want to dance. XD..... It sort of reminds me of a song from Hizaki Grace Project, I would like it more if it was more of Juka's personal style, but with Hizaki helping him, that can't be helped. XD; Ha..... brilliancy is another hard rock track. I love Juka with rock..... makes me happy. XD

The best kind of Luxury 5

I know alot of people weren't too sure what to think about Juka after his single Aravesque, the title song was great but people were unsure of S and Aimless, well you have no need to worry! Juka is definitely going in the right direction with his latest offering. Luxurious is a great outing by the newcomer soloist. I've only one complaint about this mini album and it's that it is not a full album. Each song is different and great. Far and away, the best for me is the second track, Kakusei no Jukai. It is without a doubt Juka's best yet, the song is sheer brilliance, and though the whole album is great, none of the others touch the wonder of this song. I find myself listening to it over and over. It's just has a grandeur about it. If you were a fan of Malice Mizer and are a fan of Moi Dix Mois, you are really going to enjoy this album. Juka really pulls it together, it gives you a familiar taste, but it's different enough that you dont find yourself wondering why he even left Moi Dix Mois, it's definitely his own style and flair. If you're on the fence about ordering this because you werent too sure about Aravesque, dont hesitate, this mini album brings Juka to a whole new level.
