声優悠木碧と竹達彩奈によるユニット"petit milady" (プチミレディ)が4thアルバム『petit miretta』を引っ提げて、2017年12月10日に豊洲PITで開催した4th LIVE『ラ・プチミレッタ～小さな淑女の童話歌劇』が待望のBlu-ray化。『petit miretta』収録曲を、曲順通りに全曲演奏し、映像や声劇、ナレーションを交えて、最新作で表現した"童話歌劇"の"完成形"を披露したライブ本編、生バンドが登場し人気曲を立て続けに演奏したアンコールに、メイキング映像を加えて、Blu-rayに収録。さらに、特典CDには、ライブ内で使用されたBGMに、『petit miretta』収録全曲のインスト音源を加えた、「オリジナル・サウンドトラック」を収録し、今回の"歌劇"の全貌を網羅できる2枚組仕様。
