Plot : Minami Kawashima is the manager of school baseball team an she will buy by accident the book "Tasks, Responsibilities and Practices" by Peter Drucker. Then, she has the idea to use Drucker's system (how to fix goals, motivation and communication, improvement of performance, innovation etc.) in her baseball team.
