愛は恐怖に試される。1999年に柳葉敏郎、長瀬智也、黒木瞳出演で放送され、話題を呼んだホラー・サスペンス・ドラマがついに初Blu-ray&DVD化! ――自分の姪を含む4人の死を調べていた新聞記者の浅川(柳葉敏郎)は、リゾートクラブに残されたビデオを見た自分にも危機が迫った事を知る。テレビでは、文化人類学者・高山(長瀬智也)が、学者・金田(小日向文世)にかけたという「呪い」の検証番組が行われていた。生放送の最中、突然切れた電源が回復すると、金田が死んでいた。高山の解説でビデオに込められた呪いを知った浅川は病理学者・宮下(黒木瞳)の下で健康診断を受ける。浅川の後輩の記者・吉野(京野ことみ)は、若者の間で広まっている呪いのビデオの噂について調べ始める。複雑に絡み合う謎、死の恐怖が迫り来る中、愛する者の命を救うために呪いの謎を解き明かそうと奔走する浅川たちには驚くべき結末が待っていた・・・。
