モンスター・マグネットの過去作品のリマスター盤デジパック仕様。1993年にリリースされた2ndアルバムにして、メジャー『A&M』と契約しての第一弾アルバム。HAWKWINDの「Brainstorm」をカヴァー、ウィリー・ディクソンの「Evil (Is Going On)」はCACTUSヴァージョンを下敷きにし、「Twin Earth」ではCAPTAIN BEYOND「Mesmerization Eclipse」のフレーズを用いるなど、70年代ロックからの影響を巧みに消化。90年代スタイルに再構築している。そんなクレバーな手法と“歌える”コーラスのせいで「売れ線狙い」と批判されることも少なくない彼らだが、メジャーであることとストーナーであることを矛盾なく両立させ、優れたアルバムをリリースしている事実は驚嘆に値するだろう。「Evil」「Twin Earth」「Cage Around The Sun」と3曲シングル・カットがあったことからも、本作の“メジャー度”が窺える。
