These are absolutely gorgeous, the photos really don't do the books justice. I am so glad I picked these up. I own the English version of the previous release, but this new release is vastly superior. My Japanese is very rusty but that doesn't stop me from enjoying it, especially since I can use my English versions as a reference. I need to make sure to buy the rest of the series because these are definitely worth collecting if you are a Sailor Moon fan.

I can't rave enough about these perfect edition manga, the color pages alone make it worth the purchase, the A5 format and paper quality are just things that make this a must have item for all Sailor Moon fans, skip the previous reissue (or if you've bought it sell it somewhere else) and purchase these. If only the publisher made the art books available again with all of Naoko Takeuchi's art. Volume one features the first half of the Dark Kingdom Arc.

I'm not very well educated in Japanese, but still I love the manga! I can't even describe how beautiful it is. A wonderful item which is presented proudly in my bookshelf now and it's a good way to practice reading Japanese, too. I will order the rest of them to complete my collection, thank you very much!

I have bought the English version and decided to complete my Sailormoon collection with this Japanese version. And I must say, the book is awesome, both in printing and content quality. The paper is absolutely high quality, artwork and color are really nice and of course, being a hardcore Sailormoon fan, I'm satisfied with the content :). Must have version and totally recommend for everyone to buy and read. Love it!

This book is stunning. The cover is a shimmery heavy cardstock cover. The pages are thicker than the usual book pages. The colored pages are beautiful. And the black and white images and text are very crisp and clear. I recommend this to any sailor moon or manga fan. Even if you can't read Japanese, this is still a wonderful collector's piece. It's much bigger and thicker than the recent american release. So get this edition while you can!

I don't even have words to describe how beautiful this manga is, I'm learning how to write, read and speak Japanese but that didn't stop me to buy this super awesome manga, love the art inside the manga, love the colour pages, love the size, love everything about this book. Also I love how quick they got me the books I bought it was faster than my regular places where I buy my manga. Like the other reviewer said I highly recommend these books to any moonie.

These new re-releases put the previous ones to shame. The new art is GORGEOUS to say the least. Plus the cover actually shimmers and shines in the light, which is just lovely. Also, these are being compacted once again down to 10 Volumes instead of 12, so you get even more of the story in each book. I'm still working on polishing my Japanese, so I still have a bit of trouble reading them, but they're a pure joy to own. I can't recommend these enough out to ALL MOONIES. Get these whether you're Japanese fluent or even just only know an occasional few words. They make a collectible item one way or the other. <3
