野球部でマネージャーをしながら、ボーカロイドで作った曲をネットで投稿するパルコ(前田晴子)は、ある野望を持っていた。それは、パルコの通う県立姫古川高校の体育祭「姫古祭」の応援合戦で「ボカロ曲」を使うこと。高校1年のある日、ボカロメーカーに勤める伯父から試作品ボーカロイド「CUL」の声優をさせてもらえることになる。突然のチャンスに大感激のパルコ。しかし、なかなか「CUL」の製品化が実現されないまま、高校3年の春大きな悲劇がパルコを襲う…。そんなパルコの気持ちをよそに、最後の「姫古祭」の季節がやってこようとしていた。姫古祭を舞台に、美少女ボカロPさゆりとパルコの戦いが幕を開ける。そこでパルコがとった行動とはー?ボーカロイドによって青春を繰り広げる高校生たちの、心が熱くなる感動ストーリー。
