It took 2 weeks for the item to be available for shipping, and I understand that, cause they need to backorder it. But once they got it, it was shipped pretty fast. I got the item 2 days after I got the shipping confirmation e-mail. The BD itself is awesome!! It has a booklet magazine that captures some of the scenes in the live event, and some character images. The audio quality is really good, I even put it at a low volume. The image is wonderful as well. This being a concert, that is a big factor because all the different lightings and wffects in the event could affect the image on screen. As for the costumer service, I would really like to say that they really attend to what you need. I’ve always been in touch with them, making inquiries before making the decision to buy this item. And all throughout, they’ve been patient and considerate.
