1971年1月2日～1972年3月25日にかけてフジテレビにて全63話が放送された、ピー・プロダクション企画・制作の特撮ヒーロー番組「スペクトルマン」。第二次怪獣ブーム及び変身ブームの先駆けともなった本作が初のBlu-ray化! ――地球から4万光年離れた猿人の住む星・E惑星から反逆罪により収監された天才科学者・ゴリ博士と腹心の軍人・ラーは惑星からの脱走に成功、長い宇宙航行の果て緑に輝く地球にたどり着く。ゴリは驚異的な科学力で作り出した公害の合成怪獣たちを操り、地球制圧を目論む。だが、これを察知した宇宙の秩序を守る惑星ネヴィラ71星雲人は、サイボーグ・スペクトルマンを地球に派遣する。スペクトルマンは地球人・蒲生譲二に姿を変え、公害Gメンの一員として活動を開始した。かくして宇宙猿人ゴリとスペクトルマンの宿命の戦いが開始されたのだ!! 第1話～第63話収録。特典DISC (DISC11)には、冒険ロックバット ※中間エピソード全40話を収録予定。豪華解説書封入。外箱付き。
