TV放送24話を3部作で再編集。追加カット、新作カットを入れて充実の内容!! 第一部のDVD化リリース!! 国際スパイアクション的な展開と緻密に練りこまれたSF設定でみせる遠未来SFアクションストーリー。監督は鬼才後藤圭二。初監督を務めた『キディ・グレイド』を自ら劇場版にリメイク。ボイスキャストには、当時14歳で初主演を努めた『涼宮ハルヒ』の平野綾を初め、『ガンダムSEED』(アスラン・ザラ)シリーズで人気絶頂の石田彰、『コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュ』(ルルーシュ・ランペルージ)でブレイク中の福山潤、他にも桑谷夏子、井上喜久子、若本規夫など豪華声優陣が参加。――1年以上前の記憶を無くした16歳の主人公の少女・エクレールは、GOTT(銀河通商関税機構: Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs)に所属する受付嬢兼ESメンバー(Encounter of Shadow-work Member)である。パワー(Power)という特殊な能力を持ち、電子機器を自由に操れるパペット(Puppet)という能力を持ったパートナーの少女・リュミエールと共に銀河市民の固有財産と権利を守るべく、GOTT局長エクリプスの命令の元、特殊任務を行っていた。エクレールは次第に記憶を取り戻すが、それは銀河全体を巻き込む大事件へと繋がっていく・・・。 特製8Pカラーブックレット封入(予定)。
