初となるEP。焚吐がモデルを務めた池袋P'PARCOのキャンペーンテーマであった"TOKYO CHAOS"からインスパイアされ、池袋でのジシン初のこの経験と体験を詰め込んだ作品。制作陣には、焚吐作品のアレンジの大半を手掛けているNeruの書き下ろし、2度目のタッグとなるカラスヤサボウ、そして今作が初めてとなるササノマリィなど次世代を担う話題のクリエーターが参加。収録曲「クライマックス」は、TBS系"CDTV"10月度エンディングテーマに決定!
