2017年5月5日、6日の2日間にわたり東京・国立代々木競技場第一体育館で開催された"JIN AKANISHI LIVE 2017 in YOYOGI ～Resume～"の5月6日公演の模様を収録したLIVE DVD。 "履歴書"という意味を持つ"Resume"と冠された2日間限りのスペシャル・ライブでは、2011年にシングル「Eternal」でソロ・デビューを果たしてから現在に至るまでの赤西仁のソロ活動をほぼ時系列に沿って振り返るという、まさに"履歴書"的なセットリストが披露された。また今回のステージではバンドセットにも初挑戦。さらに、未発表新曲も2曲披露、まさに2DAYSオンリーのスペシャルなライブとなった。これまで応援し続けてくれたファンの皆様への感謝の気持ちと、これからも共に楽しくやっていきましょう!というメッセージが込められたスペシャル・ライブは、本邦初公開となる新曲「Yesterday」で幕を閉じた。 ※DVDとBlu-rayの収録内容は同じ
