still doll is the first single of Kanon Wakeshima, and one of his best. The mystical and oppressive atmospheres make still doll an amazing song. Kuroi Torikago is very good too.

I don't often buy singles, but I did for this one and I loved it. Now I can't wait till her full album arrives in the mail!

I bought this because of Mana composing the music, and it didn't dissapoint me. Music is really well composed, and also Kanon is really cute! If you are in classical I recommend this single.

I didn't know what to expect when I bought this single and I am not disappointed at all! Both tracks are catchy and carry Mana's signature sound.

The lenght is a bit disappointing, but the songs are very good, the pics in the booklet are beautiful, so it's a pretty good release in my opinion. :3 let's hope further releases will be as good or, maybe even better.

i adore kanon wakeshima! i first heard this song at the end of vampire knight and fell in love with her voice right away! i cant stop listening to this song, a must buy!

Contains ending Theme song to the Anime series Vampire Knight. (first 13 episodes... so far) Also contains an alternate version of the song, instrumental, done as a music box. Very pretty! Well worth it for Vampire Knight fans!!

This album is really beautiful! I love all 3 of the songs a lot! Specially the 2nd song, it is really good. Kanon has so sweet voice! She really did awesome job, and Mana too. I totally recommend you to buy it, the booklet and the art work of the album is quite interesting and nice too.

This is usually not my kind of music, but it is very good. And considering Mana is involved, I thought there's no way it wouldn't be good.

I picked up this single because of Mana's seal of approval- as the previous reviewer says, he seems to have a knack for spotting talent. And the CD doesn't disappoint. Kannon has a lovely voice, which reminds me a little of Ali Project's Arika Takarano, especially in the title track. The tracks are obviously composed by Mana- the second track, Black Birdcage, sounds very similar to Gackt-era Malice Mizer. The first press sticker and double sided poster were good extras (^-^) Overall, a decent debut from Kanon Wakeshima and I hope to hear more from her in the future.

I cannot wait for Ms. Wakeshima to put out more songs. Mana's really outdone himself here to showcase this girl's incredible skill on the cello.

When I heard Mana was producing Kanon, I was very excited - Mana usually sees talent, which I picked up when he signed Schwarz Stein to his label, Midi-Nette Kanon's single 'Still Doll' is a mix of classical and pop beats, which I really enjoy. Although her music is, her voice doesnt offer anything innovative, but this isnt a bad thing. Her vocals are still very enjoyable and her cello solos in Still Doll are very interesting. Her B-Side isnt calm like the lead song on the CD and uses more pop beats, with the Cello as m. In this song, her voice is definitely being used better on this track. The final track is a music box instrumental of Still Doll which is very interesting. I recommend this CD for fans of Mana~Sama and who are open to classical, techno and pop music.

This single is a great CD!!!! I love It. It's so gothic ballad and so gorgeous!!!. The celo is amazing. the b-side "Kuroi Torikago" is so cool. And the orgoll version is so cute and sad. Big songs!!!

I also bought the first press limited edition and it came with a Vampire Knight sticker. I really like this CD! The sound of her cello in the songs are so mesmerizing and her voice is so delicate and beautiful. It really fits well with her genre. The cover booklet is also really nice inside.

This CD is very nice! I never thought the second song would be as nice as still doll. However, it is! :D This CD is a must for all Vampire Knight fans! There is a BIG sticker, the size of the CD case given too!

I will give this CD a 4 because of Mana-sama's soul-touching melodies. These songs gave me that feel of a feminine melody that Mana-sama used to write back in Malice Mizer. However Kanon's vocals still dont stay good with me... i dont hate it but her voice is so average. *sigh*

A wonderful single one can always sound, especially the title Track still doll quietly really is very well successfully.

The single is great work. I really like the mood, which create the songs. If you like the PV version of still doll, you should listen to the new version (track 3). It a slower version which other instruments, find out by yourself^^ (It sounds like a classic piece of music) Worth to buy!

Great music! Especially I love 'Still doll" music box. It sounds like real music box, so beautiful. I'm happy I get the first press with the poster and sticker.
