[Machine Translation] Guitarist TORU of SNAIL RAMP and TH1R5T, bassist TOMO of ASTRALMESS, and drummer TAKUMA of ASTRALMESS and FHOOTERS formed the Japanese rock band "Buddist" in August 2010. Formed in August 2010, the band performs mainly in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo. Based on the experience and sense that each member has cultivated in SNAIL RAMP, ASTRALMESS, and other bands to which they belong, the band successfully digests a wide variety of music from ROCK, FUNK, SKA, and RAGGAE by utilizing the roots of each member. The band has been attracting new music forms that do not exist in the current scene. They have held two independent events "BADDHIST FESTA" at Shimokitazawa CAVE-BE, both of which were SOLD OUT! The band also performed with KOOLOGI (ex-SNAIL RAMP), odd, DRADNATS, BANKROBBER PROJECT, What's Love? In 2012, the band will be in charge of the countdown at Shimokitazawa CAVE-BE, and will also play the year-end countdown at Shinjuku ACB. In March 2013, expect BADDHIST to make an impact on the current music scene!

SNAIL RAMP、TH1R5TのギタリストTORU、ASTRALMESSのベーシスト TOMO、ASTRALMESS、FHOOTERSのドラマーTAKUMAが日本語ロックバンド"バディスト"結成!2010年8月結成。東京都下北沢を中心に活動。各メンバーが所属しているSNAIL RAMP、ASTRALMESSなどで培った経験、センスを基に、メンバーのルーツを活かしたROCK、FUNK、SKA、RAGGAEと多彩な音楽を見事に消化。今のシーンにはない新しい音楽の形を魅せる。自主企画「BADDHIST FESTA」を下北沢CAVE-BEにて2回開催、共にSOLD OUTを記録!出演もKOOLOGI(ex-SNAIL RAMP)、odd、DRADNATS、BANKROBBER PROJECT、What's Love?、PINKLOOP、fly sleep fly、SKALLHEADZ、HOCCO、ANCHOR、AVNEL、TV-ADDICTIONS(ex-POTSHOT)、THE AUTOCRATICS、THE SNEEZEなどBADDHISTの活動に共感してくれた仲間の多さ、幅の広さが表れており、このバンドへの期待感の高さを伺わせる。2012年は下北沢CAVE-BEのカウントダウンを担当、更に新宿ACBの年末企画、半端ねぇNIGHTにも2年連続で出演。2013年3月、BADDHISTが今の音楽シーンに与える影響に期待して欲しい!
