Second DVD release of a live-action film of hit anime series "Mobile Police Patlabor" directed by Mamoru Oshii. This project kicks off in 2014 with a 12-episode series to be shown in theaters and capped off with a full-length film in 2015. The series is a sequel to the original work. This is the second chapter.
