その男は天から降りてきた。たったひとりの女性を守るために。第65回ベルリン国際映画祭コンペティション部門上映作品! 原作・脚本・監督:SABU&主演:松山ケンイチが贈る、疾走感溢れる超ド級エンターテイメント! 天界―。白い霧が漂い、どこまでも続くような広間。そこでは数えきれぬほど多くの脚本家が白装束で巻紙に向かい、下界の人間たちの「シナリオ」を書いていた。人間たちは彼らが書くシナリオどおりに人生を生き、それぞれの運命を全うしているのである。茶番頭の茶助は脚本家たちに茶を配りながら、そんなシナリオの中で生きている人間たちの姿を興味深く眺めていた。中でも、口のきけない可憐で清純な女性・新城ユリへの関心には恋心にも似た感情があった。そのユリが車に跳ねられて、死ぬ運命に陥ってしまったことを知る茶助。ユリを救う道はただひとつ、シナリオに影響のない天界の住人・茶助が自ら下界に降り、彼女を事故から回避させるしかなかった・・・。
