Arisa Mizuki's first release in quite some time is the outro theme song for TV Tokyo anime show, "Hikaru no Go". Unlike the pop sounding, even comical tones of most of her previous releases, this one features a rockin' sound, and the song was penned by Toshihiko Takamizawa from THE ALFEE!
