ケツメイシ全国16ヶ所29公演を沸かしたライブDVD! 今作は3月25日・26日の静岡エコパアリーナから7月29日・30日の沖縄宜野湾海浜公園屋外劇場までの全国16ヶ所29公演に及ぶ、"KTM TOUR 2017 幻の六本木大サーカス団「ハッキリ言ってパーティーです!!」"より4月22日・23日に行われたさいたまスーパーアリーナでの公演の模様を全曲ノーカットで収録。ツアータイトルにもある通り今回は"サーカス"がテーマ。恒例のコントも勿論収録。今年はケツメイシのメンバーが総出でサーカス団に扮し、本気でコントに挑んでいる。さらに、特典映像には毎回注目度の高いオフショットなどおまけ映像も盛りだくさんでお届け。昨年15周年を迎え新章に突入したケツメイシがおくる、まるでテーマパークに遊びに来たような感覚を味わえるエンターテインメントショーは見所満載!
