2012年8月26日にバルト9にてイベント上映された「真選組動乱篇」がDVD化! ――ぼろぼろになった愛刀を預けに鍛冶屋を訪ねた土方は、店長の忠告を無視して妖刀と呼ばれる刀を持ち帰ってしまう。その後、真選組屯所へ向かう道中に浪士の集団にからまれ、早速新しい刀の試し斬りをしようとする土方。しかし刀を手にした途端、妖刀の呪いでなぜか恐ろしいほどに軟弱化してしまう! 絶体絶命のピンチに陥った土方を救ったのは、1年ぶりに江戸に戻ってきた真選組参謀・伊東鴨太郎だった・・・。
