About Purchasing Goods

Your order total will include the following costs.

• Product Price
• Domestic Shipping Charge
• EMS Shipping Charge
• CDJapan Service Fee

NOTE:
We won't be able to accept cancellation and refund won't be possible after a special request order is finalized.
We can not accept the shop which the payment method is limited to postal transfer or bank transfer.

Maximum Permissible Size

• Maximum permissible size varies depending on respective countries.
• If multiple products are purchased from the same online store, domestic shipping costs to ship the product from the online to our warehouse, we only be charged only once.
• Multiple products purchased from different online stores can be shipped out altogether in the same package.
  However in such case, domestic shipping costs will be charged by each store on an individual base.
• If the product becomes out of stock (such as limited edition etc.), your order is subject to be cancelled and refunded even after the payment has been completed.
• Please be careful to consider regional differences in electric voltage upon purchasing electronic products.

2. Shipping

• We only accept EMS which offers tracking service. Please see here to check if EMS is available in your country.
• If the actual weight of the product turns out to be significantly different from our estimation, additional shipping costs will be charged once we receive the product at our warehouse. In such case, we may have to ask you to place a new transaction if your payment method is Paypal or Alipay.
• Your package is subject to customs tax once it arrives in your country.
  In such case, it will be your responsibility to complete the payment in order to receive your order.
• We do not accept refunds in cases where the products are returned for long-term absences, package refusals, and unpaid custom duties.
• Returns Policy for Special Request Shopping Service
  Please note that online shops offer their warranties only until the products arrive to our warehouse. It is not possible for them to extend their warranties after we resell the products. Therefore, it is not possible for us to accept any returns regardless of the condition in which products arrive. While we take care to package all products we ship to ensure damages are prevented during the transport, please avoid requesting products that are fragile, or if you absolutely need them to arrive in perfect condition as we won't be able to guarantee it.
• If you order multiple items with different release dates (more than 2 months away) in a single request form, they will be shipped separately.
• If you order the item on back order status, it may not be available when the manufacturer doesn't have it in stock. If you could not purchase the product, we will cancel your order and refund you. Please note that sometimes it may take about 40 days to know if the product you order is available or not.
