More About Frequent Shopper Points

Orders placed before June 28, 2004 will not earn points. However, the items in old orders will earn points if moved to or combined with new orders placed after we begin this service. This page details what happens with regard to points when you make changes to your orders online under "Edit Open Orders" in Customer Account.

Editing Orders Placed Before June 28, 2004

• Combine
  OLD ORDER A + OLD ORDER B => No Points
  
  
• Move items from one order to another
  

  OLD ORDER A -Item 1 -Item 2 -Item 3

  Move Item 3

  OLD ORDER B No Points -Item 3

  
  
• Add items to open orders
  OLD ORDER + Item 4 => No Points

Combining New Orders With Old Orders

• Combine
  NEW ORDER + OLD ORDER =>Points earned on combined item price subtotal
  
  
• Move items from one order to another

  OLD ORDER -Item 1 -Item 2 -Item 3

  Move Item 3

  NEW ORDER Points earned on item price subtotal of the new order including item 3 -Item 3

  
  
• Add items to open orders
  NEW ORDER + Item 4 => Points earned on item price subtotal of the new order including item 4
