CDJapan Gift Certificate is available in five denominations (3,000yen, 4,000yen, 5,000yen, 7,000yen, and 10,000yen). The recipient will receive the link to obtain the certificate code by e-mail in plain text-only format instantly after you purchae it. Your name registered with your CDJapan account will be displayed on the e-mail the recipient receives. Verified by Visa and MasterCard Sercure Code are the availalbe methods of payment. Redeeming Gift Certificate

There are following two ways you can redeem Gift Certificate.

1. Redeem Gift Certificate by Crediting Your Account
   Sign into Customer Account and click on Redeem Gift Certificate/View Details & Status to credit your account through Frequent Shopper Points, CDJapan¡Çs original reward for purchase program (same rules and conditions apply). To redeem Gift Certificate by crediting your account, you must have a CDJapan account.
2. Redeem Gift Certificate When Placing Your Order
   If the total amount of your order, including shipping charge is less than the certificate amount, you can redeem it when placing your order.
   
   Add items to Shopping Cart, and proceed to checkout. In the step to select payment method for your order, select Apply Gift Certificate and enter the Gift Certificate code and continue with your order. If you have previously shopped at CDJapan, this step will be ommitted before you are taken to the Order Summary page. In that case, please click on Apply Gift Certificate button on the Order Summary page. Unused portion of the certificate will be credited to your account through Frequent Shopper Points program.

• A Gift Certificate is valid for one year.
• We are not able to take responsibilities for lost or stolen gift certificates.
• The amount of points applied to an order cannot exceed the item price subtotal, and payment for remaining balance, including shipping charge, needs to be completed by one of available methods of payment.
• When placing an order using a gift certificate, you can apply points together at the same time. On the other hand, coupon discount cannot be applied together.
• In case there is any change in item price or shipping charge, it will not be reflected on the order, if the order was placed using a gift certificate.
• After placing an order using a gift certificate, changes cannot be made online.
