To Cancel Delayed Item :

We send an order once all items included are available. Email us to cancel the delayed items so the rest of your order may be shipped sooner. Please include your order number and the catalog number of the delayed item.

Credit Card

If the payment method is credit card, delayed items can be cancelled from your Customer Account. This will be indicated in the email update so that you may cancel the item without contacting us.

Paypal

Please contact us to cancel the delayed item. The refund will be processed to your Paypal account immediately.

IPMO & Cash

Please contact us to cancel the delayed item. The refund will be processed to your account in shopper points.
