Move an item to another order or to send it separately on its own.
Items can be moved from your customer account if you have paid by either Credit Card, IPMO, or Cash, and only if the payment has NOT been finalized yet.
How to Move
- Sign into your customer account and click on the order number.
- Click "Move Items to Another Shipment"
- Then select an order to move it to.
If the payment method is PayPal or Alipay, cancel the item first and reorder them together as you prefer. We will issue a partial refund if you cancel your order partially.
