- Please write your order number and the catalog number of the item you are referring to, in your email. Also, please do not write to us in only capital letters as it is uncomfortable to read.
- For security reasons, please make sure to use the email address linked to your CDJapan account.
- In case your email has changed, please update it by signing in. If you have anti-spam software installed, please make sure it does not block or filter emails sent from our domain (cdjapan.co.jp). Your email program may also have similar features.
- If you suspect you're still unable to receive our emails after changing the settings of these programs, please contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to enable you to receive e-mails sent from our domain (cdjapan.co.jp).
