CDJapan offers various types of free News Mails packed with information about new releases. To configure your preference and subscriptions to suit your interests, sign into your customer account, and click on the "Email Preference" tab.
If you opt to receive them, we will send email alerts automatically whenever any new releases become available from artists and series in your purchase history.
Manage your "Favorite Artist" subscription by signing into your customer account and clicking on "Email Preference". Click the "Edit" button beside "Artists Subscriptions".
Available News Mails
We send Newsletters once every 1-2 week for various departments listed below, packed with information on the notable and popular new releases. We recommend the HTML version, but the text version is available for all of them, as well.

Available Automatic News Release Updates (Alert mail)
For the following genres and types of products, we send an email update automatically whenever any new release become available for preorders. Frequency of mails vary, entirely depending on how frequently new releases become available.
For example, Anime Collectible updates are sent almost daily, but Apparels updates are sent a few times a week.
You can subscribe to receive new release alerts by clicking on the "Subscribe" icon placed beside any product.

You may also choose to receive our information on service upgrades and promotions that we normally send once or twice in a month with or without subscribing to News Mails.
When you make a subscription of an artist, it will include automatically all kind of product (CD, Blu-ray, magazine etc.).
In order to unsubscribe from our news mails, sign into your customer account, click the "View Details" button placed next to "Email Preference" and untick the subject you no longer wish to receive.
