Looks like some Miyavi fans might break their hearts because Sponichi newspaper announced that he got married with former artist, melody. a Japanese-American singer born and raised in Hawaii. She is currently pregnant with his baby. Miyavi is likely to announce his marriage directly to his fans at his live held next month in Tokyo.
I'm also happy to announce that we are finally adding a new apparel brand to our collection next week! This is an image of our new barnd MAXICIMAM!!

In western countries, it's becoming much more common for people to live together before marriage - what is it like in Japan?
Those clothes are really cute! Show us some pictures of the CDJ team in some of those cute clothes! I am pretty tall (178cm) so the majority of the clothes are too small to wear but I'd love to make my own inspired by the lovely designs I see *_*

Many couples live together before marriage in Japan too. But many break up because they find out a bad side of their partner by living together. So I guess it works because you get to know something that you can't stand about them. I think it's good being able to experience marriage before actually getting married. But I also don't want to ruin the whole new feeling of starting a new life by living together beforehand because many people who live together before marriage says nothing has changed after marriage because they've been living together for a while. I thought that was kind of boring.
178cm is super tall in Japan! I bet you look so good in any clothes with that height. Where are you from?

Anyway, I think it's ridiculous for people to expect him to stay single all his life. I mean he should be happy and be allowed to do what makes him happy, right?
I mean, I understand where the upset people are coming from, I'm a fangirl myself in regards to another musician X___X; but, I can't expect them to forgo so much.. and for my selfish desires!!
I wish them both the best of luck!!!

keri, I agree with you. Some fans have to understand that a singer has a life backstage as to onstage.
Not much a fangirl, but I would go crazy if I go to my favorite artist's concert one day (and get lost in Tokyo's subway system hahaha!!)

I don't know if I'm that tall. I was pretty tall when I was a teenager (tallest girl in class!) until Year 9 (15 yrs old) when all the boys and some girls started getting taller and I was suddenly really short in comparison. It was a shock!!
I come from Australia and lots of people are taller than me (!!) My boyfriend is about 185cm and we have friends that are even taller!
On my side I think it's genetic. My dad and my grandpop (mum's side) are very tall but my boyfriend's family is shorter than him. It's strange!

Well, I am really not going to announce my height. But I think I am really lucky to be Japanese. When I go overseas, I feel completely left our when we talk in a circle standing. I had to look up so high my neck hurt!!
In Japan, it's not that bad being short. Lot of men prefer short girls (They probably don't have a choice choosing tall girls because they're not tall in the first place....)so tall girls even wish to be short. But I do wish I was at least an average height. I think it's around 158 for women.
