Star Watching Dog

A live action film "Hoshimamoru Inu (Star Watching Dog), based on popular emotional comic by Takashi Murakami is available for pre-order on DVD & Blu-ray with an original 2012 calendar. The film is directed by Tomoyuki Takimoto.

Plot: An unidentified middle aged man and a dog are found dead in his car in a mountain in Hokkaido. The man (Toshiyuki Nishida) has been dead for six months, and the dog lived a month ago. There is no identification found on the deceased man, so a city hall employee Kyousuke Okutsu starts to investigate the man's identity. . .
