It is the biggest Kamen Rider movie ever! The film features all Kamen Riders from Kamen Rider 1 through Kamen Rider Double (W). Popular Jpop artist Gackt also appears in the film. All riders fight against shadowy organization Dai-Shocker which has an evil plot to conquer the world.

Collector's pack edition includes two bonus discs. One of them features making-of and press concerence footage. The other bonus DVD includes "Kamen Rider Theme Song Collection: Kamen Rider - Kamen Rider Black RX" features intro theme and outro theme for 28 songs total.
