E-manga online subscription: Conditions and Notices

Subscribers gain access to 10 or more E-manga monthly comic episodes as soon as they're uploaded each month.
New episodes are uploaded on the first day of each calendar month, unless it happens to be a Saturday or Sunday, in which case they are uploaded the following monday.

Only credit card payments are accepted for E-manga subscription. Subscribers must have their credit card information registered through our secure server with their CD Japan account.

Each monthly issue can be purchased up until the 25th of the same calendar month, and can be viewed only during that month. If a subscription is placed on or after the 26th but before month's end, the subscription starts at the beginning of the following month.

One month subscription period means the period within subscription term for which the payment is made and during which access to the E-manga issue is provided. Each such period ends at the midnight of the last calendar month day (standard Japan time).
No cancellation or refund can be made for an already paid for issue.

A subscription is automatically renewed month-to-month until the subscriber decides to cancel.

During each regular subscription period, the subscriber can view the monthly issue as many times as he/she wishes.
A back issue episode can be viewed for a period of 14 days for a separate fee.

Subscription fee does not include charges for phone, internet provider, or any other fee necessary for the subscriber's internet capability.

New issues are regularly uploaded on the first day of each month. However, there may be a delay up to a few days due to the difficulty in scheduling when a month starts with a weekend.

All materials, services, contents, fee, terms and conditions in relation to E-Manga subscription are subject to change without notice.

Even though we strive to provide the best possible services, our E-manga pages still may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. There is no refund for any subscription due to these erroes, or a temporary discontinuation of service, unless such discontinuation lasts for a period of over 14 uninterrupted days.

All contents of this website are copyrighted by NeoWing or third party content providers (including Kodansha and authors/translators of the Manga). The subscriber is prohibited to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, or other content, or services obtained from this website without prior written permission from all copyright owners and service providers. (In case of the breach by the subscriber of the provisions stated in this paragraph, the subscriber is charged to pay compensation to the copyright owner for the lost profit.)

PURCHASING BACK ISSUES/EPISODES

Issues (800 yen per issue)
For a fee of 800 yen per issue, you can view any of the back numbers as many times as you want for a period of 30 days)
Episodes (200 yen per episode)
For a fee of 200 yen per episode, you can view a singular back episode of a series as many times as you want for a period of 2 weeks (14 days.)
No cancellation or refund can be made for an already paid for back issue or back episode.

STANDARD MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION (800 yen per month)

How to subscribe:
If you don't have an account with CD Japan yet, please create one, and go to our E-manga page to submit your subscription. Upon completing this, you will gain access to the monthly issue you bought as soon as you receive our e-mail confirming your subscription within 2 business days.
Method of payment:
After you submit your description, we obtain authorization for the charge in order to provide you access to the E-manga issue. If we are unable to obtain such authorization for whatever reason, you will receive our e-mail advising you of the situation. (The reason may vary from a declined or expired credit card to a system error on the side of the receiving bank.) You will gain access to E-manga as soon as such authorization is obtained.
Billing period:
When a subscription is submitted, a monthly fee of 800 yen is charged. All transactions are made in Japanese funds. Your financial institution or credit card provider will apply a currency exchange rate, where applicable. Your subscription is automatically renewed month-to-month. This feature allows you to continue your subscription with no additional action until you wish to cancel. During the period in which your subscription is automatically renewed, the monthly fee for any month's issue is charged to your credit card on the 26th of each previous month (e.g. for the February issue, your credit card will be charged 800 yen on January 26).
Exchange Rates:
All transactions are made in JAPANESE funds. Your financial institution or credit card provider will apply a currency exchange rate, where applicable. Because exchange rates fluctuate, we cannot be responsible for discrepencies between the dollar/yen rates shown on our website (which are for reference only) and those actually in effect at any time.
On your creditcard bill, your payment will appear under the name of NeoWing.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Your subscription is automatically renewed month-to-month until you wish to cancel, or we are unable to obtain authorization for a monthly charge, in which case your subscription is terminated. If the latter happens, we will notify you via e-mail.
Your cancellation must be submitted before the 25th of the calendar month prior to the issue you are cancelling. If your cancellation is submitted on the 26th or later, you will still be charged for the following month's fee and the cancellation will not be effective until the end of that month.
There is no refund for a subscription cancellation.
