Orange canvas - Aki no Sora no Shita de / Fairy's stick

"Orange Canvas~Aki no Sora no shita de~" is a light pop song similar to something you'd expect BoA or melody to sing. SATOMI's voice isn't the best here with some shakey high notes. Moreover, it sounds a bit similar to "Candy Magic" which got mixed reviews from fans. Not to say that the song is bad, but it does lack some creativity. Some will love it, while others will hate it. "Fairy's Stick" is a bit more on the R&B side and makes up for the somewhat ordinary "Orange Canvas". It's slower and works better with SATOMI's voice. In my opinion, it would have made a better lead song. "You've got me" is the most upbeat song on the album, and honestly isn't really that upbeat. It's a great R&B track with great instrumentals. Very similar to stuff in the U.S. SATOMI' sounds great here letting the listener know she's in her element now. It's a nice c/w track and nowhere near forgettable. "BOYFRIEND" is a nice slow jam very different from anything on her last 2 singles. Once again SATOMI' is right in her element on this track. I could even see this track on a Cassie or JoJo CD. Overall, I would give this single 8/10.
