great long overdue reissues of alice coopers 70s catlog starting with the first album (now if they can only do this with the zz top catlog) anyway ive been waiting a long time for the japan papersleeves of this catlog, as for this first record i cant honestly say it was his best but he was off to a great start, dont forget, at this time in 1969 in detroit alice was up against powerhouses like the stooges and the mc5 so this was a bit light weight compared to those bands first records, within 2 years alice would be huge but this was only the start, not a bad record but a little stail at times, killer, muscle of love etc etc i can go on and on with those reviews, still im glad this was done in shm mastering with the original replica lp and the proper inserts, it sounds great and i have not heard this album in over 20 years now since the late 80s so it is great to hear again!!!!!!!!!!!!
