Joint On no Beguine

BS12で全国放送中の「三沢あけみのお茶会歌謡界」のレギュラー・アシスタントとして認知度が上がりつつあるよしひろし。3年ぶりの2作目で移籍第一弾の新曲は自身の作詞・作曲 (作曲は共作)による、心地よいビギンのリズムに乗せた歌謡曲作品。電車の枕木のジョイント音がかつて二人で電車にかけ乗り抱きしめあった思い出を甦らせ、まるでビギンのリズムで踊っているように切なく響く情景が浮かぶ。カップリング曲はよしの第二のふるさと、博多の中州を舞台にした作品でよしひろしの昔からの音楽仲間のバンド (JBL)のメンバーが録音に参加している。
