Previous TV special episode: Ainosuke Tanaka (Ryosuke Yamada) was born with a weak left eye, and one day he received a cornea transplant from his older brother Yumehito (Yu Yokoyama) who mysteriously died. After this operation, Ainosuke sees strange images, which he had never seen before, in his left eye. He started to investigate about these images, and finally discover that his brother's death was faked and he is actually the leader of an evil criminal organization.
