Plot: Set in the final years of Edo period, zombies suddenly appear in Kyoto. Gesutaro Kuzuyama, who is a lazy samurai belonging to the Shinsengumi, a special police force organized by Japan's feudal government, is bitten by a zombie. The zombie is captured by other samurai members. When Kuzuyama becomes conscious, he realizes his heart stops and gradually becomes a zombie.
