2010年のショパン・コンクールや、チャイコフスキー・コンクールをはじめ、数々の世界的コンクールでの受賞をきっかけに世界デビューを果たした、ロシアの若手ピアニスト、ダニール・トリフォノフの新作。"音楽の父"バッハの最晩年の作品「フーガの技法」をはじめ、バッハの息子たちが書いた作品や、二人目の妻、アンナ・マグダレーナ・バッハに贈った音楽帳など、バッハの家庭に覗き込めるような選曲。ダニール・トリフォノフによる第14コントラプンクトゥス完成版も収録。また、有名なヴァイオリン・パルティータのシャコンヌをブラームスがピアノ編曲したものや、「主よ、人の望みの喜びよ」など、メインストリームでも耳なじみのある楽曲も収録。録音: 2020年12月 マサチューセッツ州、メカニクス・ホール (CD1: 1-16)、2021年1月、2月 ベルリン、ジーメンスヴィラ (CD1: 17, 18, CD2) ※本商品は金曜販売開始商品のため、商品のお届けは発売日当日以降になります。
