For example:
Singer Show gives us standard Kishidan fare, ranging from rockabilly to ballad. "Forever" particularly is a reprise of everything Kishidan; your bike, your friends and the road to the sea.
Band mascot and enigma Hikaru sticks to his stage persona (a man with the mind of a four year old) and gives us a child-like jungle beat, a techno remix of his own nonsensical speech, and a strangely touching mournful harmonica piece echoing in a crowded subway.
Ranma, the guitarist, gives us perhaps the best arranged contributions; the sweet pop-rock "Cyber City", the gentle march "Chikyuu", and the beautifully arranged cowboy ballad "Billy".
Matsu, the bassist, who has never before contributed music or lyrics to an album, was the great surprise of the album, creating one humorous duet and two stunning pieces with an intense, dreamy quality.
It's truly an amazing thing to hear, as it brings out the talents of members that are usually overshadowed. It only gets one star off because of course, a band is more than the sum of its parts, and what the world needs now is a true "Kishidan" album.
