日本初CD化 & 紙ジャケット & SHM-CD仕様 & DVDオーディオ付き! ジェントル・ジャイアントはイギリス出身の6人組バンド。1970年デビューで、プログレッシヴ・ロック・バンドとして本国イギリスは勿論アメリカでも人気が高く、ドリーム・シアターとかに影響を与えた。デビューから4枚目までヴァーティゴ、5、6とWWA、1975年からクリサリスに移籍。その後、1980年に解散。「フリーハンド」(Freehand 1975)はクリサリスに移籍して発売した7thアルバムで最高傑作との呼び声の高い作品。CDはオリジナル・アルバムの最新デジタル・リマスタリング、DVDはオーディオのみオリジナル・アルバムのhi-resリマスター、Quad Mix (DTS 96/24 & Dolby Digital)を収録。
