連続ドラマW 平成猿蟹合戦図 / TVドラマ
歌舞伎町のバーテンダー、国政選挙へ! 「悪人」「横道世之介」などで知られる人気作家・吉田修一による傑作長編小説をドラマ化。――少しの勇気と信じる力が未来を変える! 東京・歌舞伎町でひき逃げ事件を目撃したバーテンダー・浜本純平(高良健吾)は、弟分のホスト・朋生(浅香航大)と、一攫千金を狙って、真犯人で世界的チェロ奏者の湊圭司(萩原聖人)をゆすろうと企む。そこへ立ちはだかったのが湊の敏腕マネージャー・園夕子(鈴木京香)。その機転と存在感に圧倒された純平はあっさり降参。一方、夕子も、どこか憎めずみんなから愛されている純平のキャラクターに興味を持つ。そこへ夕子の宿敵たる巨悪・衆議院議員の徳田(石橋蓮司)が姿を現わし・・・まったく別の世界で生きてきた2人の意図せぬ出会いから、湊、朋生を追って上京したモノマネホステス・美月(福田彩乃)、純平が働くクラブのママ・美姫(高岡早紀)、その恋人で元ヤクザの高坂(千葉哲也)、湊の姪の美大生・友香(三根梓)ら、周囲の人間たちを巻き込んだ、日本を揺るがす(??)大騒動が始まった! 全6話収録。
