2012年、音楽活動10周年を迎え、年末には6枚目のオリジナル アルバム「リリカル＊ワンダー」をリリースした柴咲コウ。このアルバムを携え、2013年5月より全国10カ所で開催されたツアー "Ko Shibasaki Live Tour 2013 ～neko's live 猫幸 音楽会～" 2013/6/6 (水)に行われた東京国際フォーラム公演の模様がDVD化! 前々回のツアーから何度も一緒にライブを重ねてきたバンドメンバーと魅せるライブパフォーマンスも、もちろん必見だが、今回のツアーでは、新たな演出に挑戦し、柴咲含めたバンドメンバーが猫に扮し、猫の音楽会を繰り広げるシーンや、最新の映像技術とコラボレーションし、キネクトカメラを使用したリアルタイムの映像演出が取り入れられたり、ステージ上で撮影した写真をそのままMusicVideoに組み込み、新たな映像が作られていったり、柴咲がプロデュースしているボーカロイド "ギャラ子" がステージ上で歌とダンスを披露するなど、良い意味で観客を飽きさせない演出が満載のライブとなっている。更に東京国際フォーラム公演では、無線コントロール式のペンライトが導入され、会場全体が同じ色に染まる瞬間は圧巻。アンコールでは、約5年ぶりに発表されたKOH+の新曲「恋の魔力」を披露。バックスクリーンには福山雅治が登場し、KOH+として楽曲を披露している。B5サイズ豪華絵本付き (本編で使用された映像をストーリー化)。
