ピッグ 丘の上のダム・キーパー / アニメ
第87回アカデミー賞(R) 短編アニメーション部門ノミネート作品『ダム・キーパー』の新たなる世界。今回は『ファインディング・ドリー』などを手掛けた敏腕アニメーターであり、前作でも中核を担ったエリック・オーを監督にむかえ、前作とは異なる新たなる世界観を見事作りだした。今回、日本とアメリカの2つの拠点で、日本・アメリカ・フランスなど国際色豊かなアーティストが参加。家族・悲しみ・責任・成長といった万国共通のテーマを独特の視点で描き、類まれなる美しく優しい物語が完成。 ――丘の上に住むピッグ。その丘にはいつも黒い雲が押し寄せる。ピッグのおとうさんは町を守るため、黒い雲と戦っていた。そんなある日、おとうさんは黒い雲の真相を探るため、幼いピッグに小さなダムを託し、旅に出て行ってしまう。おとうさんが恋しいのを我慢し、一人残されたピッグは毎日ダムを回し続ける。黒い雲から仲良しのフォックスや他の仲間たちを守るために。 スペシャルアウターケース、ブックレット(20P)封入予定。
