オトナを脱いだら、みんな女子。 主演・篠原涼子、そして江口洋介・吉瀬美智子・鈴木砂羽・谷原章介ら豪華俳優陣が紡ぐオトナのラブストーリー、早くもBlu-ray化! ――40歳独身の中原亜紀 (篠原涼子)は、恋愛アプリを手がける会社のキャリアウーマン。デビューを目指す年下のミュージシャン・伸治、愛猫・ちくわと暮らしている。しっかり者だが恋愛では相手に尽くしすぎ、なかなか幸せになれない亜紀の良き相談相手は、ホレっぽく様々な男性にアプローチするフラワーショップオーナーの大崎萠子 (吉瀬美智子)と、バツイチで3人の男の子を女手ひとつで育てる坂田みどり (鈴木砂羽)。同い年で独身の三人は、よく女子会を開き、気兼ねなく話ができる大切な存在。亜紀は、年下の部下達とともにアラフォー向けの恋愛アプリに取り組んでおり、社長の栗田純一 (谷原章介)も期待を寄せていた。あるとき亜紀は、10年以上前に多くの恋愛ドラマをヒットさせた脚本家・高山文夫 (江口洋介)にアプリの監修を依頼しようと思いつく。亜紀は高山に会いに行くことになるのだが・・・。
