The 123 minutes of footage shown in this film is compiled from the video taken by a Japanese journalist during his one and a half years documenting war-torn Iraq. "Little Birds" tells the story of the Iraq War as told by the families living in the hot zone, brilliantly depicting the jubulation, anger, sadness, and tension that defines their lives.
