This is a great album and the guys are evolving really well as musicians. There music is just more polished and at the same time more fun and carefree with each album. All the songs are great, my personal faves probably fall to Rookie, Monster and Stay Gold, and all of them really.

This is by far the best Album FLOW made. You'll listen to this album non-stop. A collection of music that'll make you ecstatic when you listen to this. I hope FLOW will create another great one in the future.
This is an awesome album, I was attracted to FLOW when I heard the opening theme to Naruto "GO!!!". The tracks in this album that really stuck out to me was "Monster", "Garden" and "Stay Gold". I have many favorites, and the first press edition has a video of one of their concerts and it rocked!!
