neolog 35th Single - Drink it Down 5

Theme song for Devil May Cry 4, L'arc composed this song having the game in mind.
This song have a much darker aura, along with the PV which fits quite well with the game.
The instrumental of track A is also pretty good. The arrangement is rich and well done, not to be missed.

Track B is Dune 2008, P'unk~en~Ciel version of the Dune track. This version is pretty cool, they kept the essence of the original arrangement, accelerated a little and the sound is not so dirty. The overall result is pretty good IMHO. This still resembles a lot the original version, not only the vocal line but the whole music arrangement.

I think this is a good buy.

Great Dark Tunes 4

It's been a while since L'Arc~en~Ciel create this kind of song. A rocking and upbeating one. Compared to their previous releases which were middle-tempo songs, Drink It Down is a refreshing one. It has "dark" sense, not to mention the lyric, as ambiguous as usual. The song suits DMC4's atmopshere afterall.

Both songs are very sticky. You'll be singing them in your head non-stop for as long as you listen to it. I recomend this, especially since it includes the rare P'unk en Ciel with a new version of an old favorite Dune.

This single is truly worth getting :D The title track is a really great song and so is DUNE 2008: different vocals but this is a really good song as well, very catchy :D

This is the theme song to "Devil May Cry 4" and it's absolutely perfect as it, but also as normal song! It's rhythm is great!

This single is wonderful! "DRINK IT DOWN" was composed by yukihiro and it is the best song, in my opinion, that he has written. I highly recommend that all L'Arc fans buy this single. It won't be released on a full CD in a long time, I think.

YAY!!! A new single from L'Arc~en~Ciel!!! I always look forward to their next cd! I love the variety this band has in their music! This is a band that never disappoints me!

Great song, it just fits "Devil May Cry" perfectly! Yukihiro's melody is always perfect for an action scene, and of course Hyde's lyrics are always gorgeous. Nice package and stickers! Now i feel like playing videogames! ^_^

The song fits the game perfectly yet it isn't you typical game song. The beginning has a great melody to it, one of my faves so far.
