クリアのコツはただ一つ、"友達を疑わないこと"。友情を賭けた超危険なゲームが幕を開ける! 2014年から"別冊少年マガジン"にて原作: 山口ミコト、作画: 佐藤友生のタッグにより連載がスタートした大人気漫画「トモダチゲーム」ドラマ、映画で3部作にて実写化決定。3部作第3弾、劇場版FINAL!! 他人事ではすまされない壮絶なドラマが三次元で蘇る! ――ゲームは遂にクライマックスへ・・・。友達の借金を返済するため「トモダチゲーム」に参加した片切友一 (吉沢亮)、沢良宜志法 (内田理央)、美笠天智 (山田裕貴)、四部誠 (大倉士門)、心木ゆとり (根本凪)。「コックリさんゲーム」に続き「陰口スゴロク」もクリアした友一たちは、ついに自分たちをトモダチゲームに引きずり込んだ"裏切り者"が美笠であることをつきとめた。しかし友一は自ら最も過酷な最終ゲームに一人でコマを進める。こんな危険なゲームを商売にしている運営サイドをつぶすために。そして美笠もまた友一と同じ道を選んだ。最終ゲームの「友情かくれんぼ」は対戦形式。チーム内で"隠れる役"と"探す役"に分かれ、相手チームの"隠れる役"を先に見つけたチームの勝ち。負ければ借金は倍になる。対するKチームはリーダーの門倉十蔵を中心に協力し合って勝ち上がってきた男子高校生5人組。おまけに友一と美笠のチームには得体の知れない水瀬マリア (上野優華)が加わることに。隠れる役の美笠は探す役の友一が食料を届けてくれることを信じて待ち続け、友一は美笠がギブアップしないことを信じてKチームへの罠を仕掛けるが・・・。
