キュートなアイドル、息をのむような本格的アクション、日本のアニメを彷彿とさせる濃いキャラクターたち、総勢50名以上のキャストが総出演! お色気とガンアクションが交錯する娯楽ヒロインアクション映画。――紅レイは、人気地下アイドルグループ「ディスティニー」のメンバー。表の顔は人気アイドル、裏の顔はスナイパーという2つの顔を持つレイ。憧れのリーダー香坂瑠璃の卒業ライブ。多くのファンで溢れかえる会場に、闇組織シガラの殺し屋たちが潜んでいた。おっちょこちょいのマネージャー木戸ゆとりのミスにより、一瞬としてそこは戦場と化す・・・。その頃、闇組織シガラが凄腕の殺し屋を採用するためのバトルロワイヤルがおこなわれていた。そこでたった1人生き残ったのが五条みゆき。冷酷な殺人トレーナー、風間リョウに育てられたみゆきは、辛い過去の復讐のため、闇組織シガラの凄腕殺人鬼となり、レイ達の前に現れる。闇組織シガラからのさまざまな刺客に、立ち向かうレイの物語。「アイドルにはね、やらなきゃなんないときがあるのよ」仲間、友情、別れ、遺恨、宿命、目の当たりにする真実とは・・・。
